The hotel offers a breathtaking view of Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, but the rooms were disappointing with dusty conditions. The service was unprofessional and unfriendly. On the bright side, the location is excellent for those visiting the holy Mosque, but the dining options left much to be desired.

The hotel's location near Bab al Salam in the Haram is perfect, with very cooperative staff who were responsive to my requests. The rooms were clean and regularly checked but were small for me, my wife, and two children. Although the housekeeping service was unhelpful and sometimes rude, the overall experience was pleasant.
